Hi Oleg, HttpComponents Async is not listed in the "Jakarta" category. The manual at http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.5.3/project_management.html shows a "select category" link in the "Project Category:" line of the screen- shot, but that link is not available when I visit the administration page: https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/project/ViewProject.jspa?pid=12310504
