Hi Oleg, on the download page, the "Release Notes" links of both 3.0.1 and 3.1-beta1 point to the same location. At that location, release notes for 3.1 alpha 1 are located. Something's fishy here. Even assuming that the alpha notes will be replaced by the beta notes automatically at some point in the publishing process, the link for 3.0.1 should point to release notes for 3.0.1.
