I'm neither subscribed nor actually using HttpClient, just happened to
notice that in section 'Standards Compliance' of [1], the last bullet says:
RFC1945 Form-based File Upload in HTML
which is wrong. It should be:
RFC1867 Form-based File Upload in HTML
and point to http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1867.txt
