Thanks, that helps, now I am trying to connect "public suffix" with "HTTP protocol compliant". Anyone know which specification is HC using to determine how HTTP protocol implements public suffixes? I checked RFC 2616 and RFCs 7230-7237, and saw no mention of public suffix.
