Does that not depend on the SVN / Eclipse settings? I keep finding the opposite - I create a new file, and forget to add it to SVN, and it gets omitted from the commit - unless the checkbox is changed in the dialog. == BTW, on the JMeter project we have a "local" directory which is deliberately excluded from SVN (and all its contents). This is quite useful for parking code temporarily.
