Definitely a different take from what I would have tried. Accessing the plain
version from the interceptor is a requirement I hadn't considered yet. I'll
think about it some more.
Somewhere in XML (Xerces?) I've seen the classname VersionInfo used for this
purpose. We have to avoid confusing people about HttpVersion.
