Since then, it needs to provide regular reports to the Apache board. On this page, you can find the board report template and the reports themselves. Each board report needs to be sent to the board mailing list two full days in advance of the board meeting. Regular board meetings are on Wednesdays, the dates below indicate the preceeding Sundays.
