Yes, from what I know, it is all or nothing.

We are pretty much done with all issues targeted for HttpCore 4.0-beta1.
I should be able to switch back to hacking on HttpClient in a few days.
Regardless, feel free to check it what you have already. I will take
care of the rest in the coming days

My gut feel tells me this one is going to be very controversial. I would
probably wait until we get closer to BETA1, but feel free to go ahead
and kick off the discussion.
