Bug description:
If I tell Hugin to stitch together a pano and specify a name with spaces in it,
the resulting output filename is truncated from the first space onwards, e.g.
"My Trip to Washington" generates a file called "My.tif". This is probably
caused by failure to properly quote the command-line argument in question in a
shell-safe fashion.
