Can you try to reproduce with a more recent version of Hugin? Starting at line 148 it says that thread 3 crashed and that seems to point at wxWidgets and Carbon, but I am no mac expert.
Where did you get your version of Hugin from? I'm just asking because I see a path "/Applications/Programme, zugekauft/" around line 90 of the log.
