Might be nice, But you can enable the "waypoint list" window, and then
sort by distance. This gives you a quick overview.

differentiate user control points
Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
a panoramic I am working on now is having trouble because it is of a
shoreline so a little strip of land to use for control points. Hugin is having
trouble with placing good waypoints but I have been placing some by hand. It
would be nice if when I need to sortt out bad points I can say anything larger
than 100 in distance and NOT user defined
