FIXED :-) I had Hugin on this computer some time ago, so I guess there might have been some leftovers in the registry.
Holding down Ctrl did allow Hugin to load, I got the same crash the next time I loaded it. I exported the registry entries and just deleted the hugin\GLPreviewFrame, key this fixed the problem and allows me to load Hugin and the GL fast Preview ok.
