Thanks for the patch. I committed a slightly modified version. (I prefer the
precedence of the exposure switches over the range compression switch.)
Also the range check was wrong.
Additionally I added the same switch to pano_modify.

Probably could be helpful to have ability to override range
compression in the nona command line. This patch adds "--range-
compression" option.
