The other placeholders refer always to image 0 - independent if this image is
active or not.
So the placeholder %#images should apply in my opinion also to all images - and
not to active images only.

Title:
%#images place holder counts both active and inactive images

Status in Hugin:
  Opinion

Bug description:
In preferences I can use place holders to configure my default project
  and panorama names.

%#images translates to the complete number of images that were added
to the project file while it should be the number of active files (=
all files selected in fast preview window).

  Thanks,
  Carl
