Check that Hugin read to correct monitor profile (in about screen) and check
the icc profile in your exported RT images. Maybe Hugin has some problems with
RT icc profile.
Otherwise check the color balance settings (Er and Eb parameters) for the
problematic images.

Title:
Bad colors on pano created by Hugin
Status in Hugin:
Incomplete
Bug description:
While creating a panorama, Hugin gives some picture a bad "red" color
(see attached file).
I must precise this :
- With the original files comming from a Canon 70D reflex, this problem
doesn't occur.
- When the RAW files were processed with RawTherapee, the problem occurs.
The non-blended pictures seems ok, but after aligning, there is this
red color.
I tried to put the same color balance in RawTherapee, but this doesn't
change anything.
I can give you the pictures if needed of try something if needed.
I use Hugin for many years, and it's the first time I see this :-(
