Bug description:
match-n-shift uses PTmender to create conformal input for
generatekeys/matchpoint, this data has an alpha channel, which causes
matchpoint to fail:

importImage(): number of bands (color channels) in file and destination image
differ.

Error! Image can not be opened
matchpoint should ignore alpha data, or even better it could use the alpha
channel to define areas where it shouldn't find features.
