I got a similar message. I'm busy stitching a lot of scans which were to large for a A4 scanner. The stitching worked fine for the first couple of scans but now the proces aborts. How can I fix it with other parameter settings?

So here I am...... Turns out that when re-creating the source images (they were converted to JPG with a really low quality setting), I had forgotten to rotate them by 90 degrees. So all this blabla (and hugin claiming I found a bug), is caused by an image-size mismatch.... The error message should reflect this: "Image unexpectedly changed dimensions.
