The comments in the file are not necessary. I wanted the comment only for the
first time. Now we know you and you don't need to comment each change.
In the files sections there are only the released versions. Beta1 is the
last released version. Your changes are only in the repository and there
is not yet a released version from this point.
If you want to test your translation:
1. Generate the corresponding mo file: In poedit you can select in the
preferences that also the mo file is created during save (in the editor). Save
your ru.po file and you will find a ru.mo file beside.
2. Copy this ru.mo file to HUGINDIR\share\locale\ru\LC_MESSAGES as hugin.mo
If you now restart hugin you should see the new strings.
