Title:
  Setting masks as inactive

Status in Hugin:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Feature request:
The ability to set a mask as inactive, rather than having to delete the mask.
When dealing with a panorama with a number of moving objects, sometimes
compromises have to be made as to what is left in and what is removed; being
able to disable a mask would make it easer to test which options work best.
