Putting all unrelated item in one ticket and then a text file makes it very difficult to answer on individual items. Next time please open one ticket for each item (or maybe 2-3 related in one ticket) and don't use description on external files.
Some first comments: 1. ENABLE_LAPACK cmake flag not documented in INSTALL_cmake 7. In ... "#warning use LUT after parameter tuning [-Wcpp]" Both are related. I added a comment in INSTALL_cmake 2. rev.txt missing This file is not missing. Downloading all files from mercurial is not supported. The offical tarball contains this file. For development version use a mercurial checkout - this takes care of this file. 3. Three places that report: "Policy CMP0153 is not set: The exec_program command should not be called. This warning is new in newest CMake version. I will change it, but needs some more testing.
