Ok. It is at the blending stage. Enblend takes some time to blend all images - and it does not print so much progress messages so it looks like hangs. So you could add -v to the blender/enblend arguments on the stitcher tab to show more progress messages. Also a virus scanner or indexer could interfere with enblend - they could scan the freshly created remapped images and therefore block the access of enblend to these images.
