inclusive masks reaches far beyond its limits

Bug description:
an inclusive mask around the panorama's poles actually excludes lobes
that are outside the originally masked images.

final stitch is the same as the preview. project file attached.
I would've expected the the mask just punch a hole in the larger image
and not this.
