test.pto created with autopano-sift-c.
loading it sets EV for the first image to 13.3 (this is a bit weird, 
when i was stiching this pano for the first time, it got set to 13.3 for 
all images).
now, loading exif for the rest of the images (one in this reduced 
testcase) does indeed set EV to 13.3, which gives you nice, white area 
where outcome is supposed to be. i even enblended it once, hoping it's 
hugin preview being wrong :)
