This is precisely the thing I was looking for, however I have version
0.19, and ptosplit is giving me:
Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /usr/lib/perl5/
vendor_perl/5.10.0/Panotools/Script.pm line 480.

I'm going to try to install 0.20 myself.
