Panotools::Script is a perl module for reading/writing and
manipulating hugin .pto project files, this 0.21 release fixes
some bugs and adds two command-line tools:

- ptsed is a tool by Iouri Ivliev for editing .pto and panotools
script files. In addition to editing individual parameters it is
possible to convert a .pto project to a PToptimizer and PTmender
compatible script file.

- ptscluster is a tool by Iouri Ivliev for removing bad control
points from project files, points are identified by reading
error distances in PToptimizer output. PToptimizer from
libpano13-2.9.14 or later is required.

A Panotools::Script tarball is available on CPAN:

0.21 changes:
- ptoclean, don't give autooptimiser projects with invalid lenses
- ptosplit choked on images without associated 'v' lines (Ryan Helinski)
- new tool ptsed for editing project files, also useful for converting
.pto projects to PToptimizer compatible scripts (Iouri Ivliev)
- ptscluster tool for removing bad control points, uses PToptimizer
output from libpano13-2.9.14 or later (Iouri Ivliev)
