I've had a closer look to my config.
There are libboost-xxxx with version 1.34 and 1.38
I've removed all the libboost stuff and then reinstalled libboost-
thread-dev and its dependancies (many).
I still got some packages in 1.34 and 1.38.

Then I rebuilt hugin from scratch and I did not get this problem again.
