No 4082 is half way through a bunch of changes.  These bugs are 
probably trivially fixed.

The preferred way to specify input with a .pto project works fine, I 
get slightly better results with the current trunk than with the 
2.5.0 release - but I have to specify --equal-angle-fisheye or it's 
noticeably worse.
