Folks,

Can anyone remember if being able to adjust the opacity of an image while 
manually moving images has been requested? It would be much easier to rotate 
and translate an image if you could see the image behind it. I'm thinking 50% 
opacity for every other image would be really useful.

If it hasn't been requested, how are people dealing with the issue? I suppose 
it would be possible to adjust the transparency in Photoshop, align the images 
and then replace the semi-transparent image with the opaque copy before or 
after optimization.

I looked through the list of requested features back to 2007, and didn't see 
anything like it.
