Hi I have been trying to build the latest version (HG revision 847bac136bf6 according to Cmake) for Windows XP and am getting the following sort of errors when compiling using MSVC 2008 express:
17>msvcprt.lib(MSVCP90.dll) : error LNK2005: "public: __thiscall std::basic_string<char,struct std::char_traits<char>,class std::allocator<char> >::basic_string<char,struct std::char_traits<char>,class std::allocator<char> >(class std::basic_string<char,struct std::char_traits<char>,class std::allocator<char> > const &)" (??0?$basic_str...@du?$char_traits@d...@std@@v?$alloca...@d@2@@std@@q...@abv01@@Z) already defined in nona.obj followed subsequently by numerous 18>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'libboost_regex-vc90-mt-s-1_41.lib' I suspect that I need to rebuild Boost using different swtches (I have followed the SDK build instructions provided by Ryan Sleevi in May 2009) but my programming skills are not sufficient to solve the issue. Can anybody point me in the correct direction?
