I was going to recommend KImageFuser as an *interactive* tool to explore the enfuse arguments. Fortunately, I checked before doing so. KImageFuser works fine as far as it goes, but hasn't been updated since 14 August 2009, which means some of Enfuse's more recent facilities aren't controlled.
