Why does Hugin include "No exposure correction, low dynamic range" among
the "Remapped images" options, but it doesn't have a related no-exposure
entry under "Panorama Outputs"?

Might it not also be clearer to disable the "Exposure corrected" options
when no Exposure optimisation has been done/no Exposure information is
available? I find this confusing every time I look at it.
