Sometimes optimising a large number of images doesn't go well,
and one might like to optimise a small set, then add the difficult
images one at a time.
However, if realises this when a large number of images are *already*
in the project, with a large set of hand tuned CPs representing
a few hours work, how can one proceed?
Is there a way to eliminate individual images from the optimiser,
and then add them later?
I presently have a trivial 2 image case where I have some horiz
and vert control points on image 0, and would like to optimise
it to be "right way up" before attempting to get it to fit together
with the other image.
I have some 20 hand placed CPs points, and would rather like to keep them :-)
