Sorry haven't tried it yet, but I don't think there are any build changes, so 
if you have all the build requirements for the existing 4.1.3 rpm, then 4.1.4 
should be OK.

Building the docs for 4.1.* doesn't work on fedora, so give up on these if it 
isn't working for you (everything is fine with 4.2 development snapshots).
