If you want to keep the partial .tif images, before saving the final panorama, check the option "Keep intermediate images". The same in the Panorama editor and Advanced / Expert interface.
By default all .pto files are saved on the disk in the same folder as the panorama, you can use them again. In the Batch Processor, the option Remove finished project should be unchecked.
