Hi Ulrich, first of all, which Hugin and macOS version are you using? Does it happen when starting Hugin or when stitching? Does a program crash? Which (Hugin itself, PTBatcherGUI, ....)?
If you get that error again, please select OK and post the zip file that should be in the folder specified in the dialog (tip: copy the path, open Finder, press shift+cmd+G, paste the path and hit enter).
