A libpano13-2.9.20 tarball has been uploaded to sourceforge, this is a final release and is identical to libpano13-2.9.20_rc3: https://sourceforge.net/projects/panotools/files/libpano13/libpano13-2.9.20/ This release should be binary compatible with previous versions - This means that prebuilt Hugin executables should just work with this libpano13.
