No worries.  I will give it a shot on windows again.  There are some
possible hints with the linux subsystem for windows I found and will try.
If not, I will spin up a VM of Ubuntu or some other distro and use that to
adjust/test my script and skyfill with.

As for the blue sky, I have a few thousand Drone 360 Panos....some surely
have clear sky.  Here is an example from Yesterday that has mostly blue sky
