Hi,
I just discovered that the behaviour on starting Hugs depends on the order of the
paths in my PATH environment variable. Some days ago I tried to install hugs
using another base directory, but I didn't finish sucessfully. The hugs
executable was already installed but the share directory was still empty.
Obviously Hugs searched this empty directory for the prelude because the
corresponding bin directory came before the bin directory of the sucessful
installation in the PATH variable. The program worked fine after swapping the
directories in PATH and also after clearing the unused executable.
Is this considered to be a bug?

Yours, Wolfgang
