Dear Hugs maintainers,

This is an extremely simple question; apologies if it's already
answered on the Web pages (I did look around). The instructions for
the self-installing Windows version of Hugs says,

An InstallShield-based distribution of Hugs for Win32 (ie Win 95/NT)
is available as a zip file hugs-June98-win32-selfinstall.zip or
  hugs-June98-win32-selfinstall.exe. After unpacking the archive,
double click on setup.exe file to start InstallShield.

I downloaded the .exe and double-clicked on it. This pops up a shell
window which says,

This program cannot be run in DOS mode.

I'm running on Windows 95.

What am I doing wrong? I don't know how else to open the .exe file,
and the instructions aren't terribly helpful.

Thanks,
'shriram
