Kieth Wansbrough just installed Hugs98-990222 here, so I tried it out
and got this from hugs:

JonParselib.hs is some extra parsing stuff, but the problem seems to be
in Monad -- accumulate isn't mentioned in the Haskell 98 version of
Monad.
It looks like you still have the old Monad.hs in the distribution.
