configure not in src/unix

I downloaded the latest Unix release (Sep99.tar.gz).
I was not able to find the configure script in the
directory src/unix. (Using the configure script 
from the previous relase worked well. However,
the option --disable-large-banner had no effect,
[Sun, Solaris 2.6].)

So, no serious bug report, but rather a hint.
