Unable to load GreenCard primitives

Hi, Hugs folks,

I have experienced a problem while trying to run some external libraries,
such as Graphics and TclHaskell. The problem is exactly what you read at
the Subject: when trying to load the library,
at a certain point, the interpreter gives that message: "Unable to load
GreenCard primitives."

what can I do?
