I downloaded the files http://cvs.haskell.org/Hugs/downloads/hugs98-Dec2001.msi and http://cvs.haskell.org/Hugs/downloads/GraphicsLib.msi from the page http://cvs.haskell.org/Hugs/pages/downloading.htm
I also installed the latest Windows Installer from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=32831 Unfortunately, the Windows Installer says the *.msi files could not be opened and asked whether they were valid Windows Installer packages. I am running Windows 95. Any help would be appreciated.
