error when launching

Hi, I'm running Hug98 on Windows NT 4.0. My problem is there are an error message when I launch Winhugs. It said "This application uses CTL3D32.DLL, which is not the correct version. This version of CT3D32.DLL is designed only for Win32 or Windows 95 systems". Can you help me how to solve that problem.. Your co-operation truly appreciated. Bye -@SK
