Hi,
It is assumed that you have already unpacked the core Hugs
distribution into an appropriate directory before you unpack
win32exec.zip. (It actually says the at the top of the
"Special items for Win32 section").
So pull down the core distribution (hugs98-Feb2000.zip, say),
unpack it, then pull down win32exes-pre.zip, and unpack
it in the same location.
You refer to the hugs setup file. Is this is specific document
you are looking for, or just some notes to help you?
