If the observer has enough clues to rationally consider what it is he is
seeing and hearing, then he has good grounds to form an opinion.

Oh, so because I challenge your points of view, I am now a bully. 

Just as well some of us are prepared to challenge drivel, otherwise those
hearing Hums might still be being burned at the stake, and such-like.
