Been there, done that, grew out of it. I prefer to base my moral beliefs on
a rational basis because I think it is right. Not for the reasons of
self-interest (eternal life, etc) , or purely out of fear (eternal
damnation).
Enjoy your festive season, whatever you have been brought up to believe.
