Switched my computer off the other day, to carry out some electrical maintenance( normally on 25-8). It was surprising how much the noise reduced 3 rooms away in our lounge. Not a hum - just the computer psu and cpu fans.
I've had no Hum for 6 weeks now, but over the last few days my 'normal' tinnitus has been screaming in my right ear. Must be all that lack of sleep, coffee , and alcohol ! Had a 5.1 earthquake 60km from here this morning. That didn't hum either, but it certainly rumbled ! Didn't get us out of bed though. That's the second medium-biggish one in a couple of weeks. http://www.geonet.org.nz/earthquake/quakes/3021098g-maps.html geoff --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hum Sufferers" group.
