Well, to clear things up, I restate that the effect I was picking up
the other night was ON/OFF stutter-
& not like a V1 pulse ramjet (studder/judder?) but slower- and
switched cleanly.
That's why it stuck out -as that is an unusual format for me.
This capacity to change character seems totally different to HF
tinnitus which sometimes goes through changes on the fly...but always
goes through transient changes of frequency and amplitude shifts with
no breaks.
I don't relate it to any extra-terrestrial though FWIW.
If I saw something unusual associated with this Hum- I would
definitely let you know ;)
