We sometimes have toxic algal blooms in very hot weather in rivers and sea
when one cannot swim and animals die if they drink the water. People have
suffered extreme allergic reactions to it, but have not reported Hum. I have
heard Hum but have never ingested or bathed in affected water.

PS did you read about how they just discovered that the Milky Way is 1.5
times bigger than they previously thought, and the increased gravitational
pull means that we will therefore collide with the next galaxy earlier than
expected.
